- To fill out the form:
- Choose your own user name and password
- INsite Login NUMBER= Regis University INsite login(eg. smith000)
- Use your legal name(such as: Johnathan instead of John)
- Use your Regis University email address
- Contact phone number
- Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Lastly,click sign up
